• Monitor daily, weekly, and campaign-level social performance across platforms.
• Build dashboards and reports that evaluate KPIs such as engagement, reach, retention, share of voice, and audience growth.
• Provide proactive insights that help optimize content strategy.
• Measure the impact of influencer campaigns—including content performance, audience relevance, conversion metrics, and ROI.
• Track creator benchmarks, identify top-performing partners, and surface opportunities for optimization.
• Analyze platform trends, user behavior, and performance patterns to identify opportunities for creative testing and refinement.
• Deliver insights that guide social teams in producing higher-impact content.
• Work cross-functionally to support product launches, promotions, and marquee events with pre- mid- and post-campaign analysis.
• Create clear, digestible reporting that captures results, learnings, and recommendations.
• Assist in the identification and evaluation of potential influencer partners by assessing audience fit, content quality, historical performance, brand safety, and compliance considerations.
• Monitor competitor social activity, industry benchmarks, and cultural moments—surfacing patterns and insights that inform Hard Rock Bet’s social and influencer strategies.
• Partner with Social, Creative, Marketing, Partnerships, and Product teams to ensure insights support broader marketing objectives and uphold responsible gaming and brand standards.
• Help build scalable processes for data tracking, influencer evaluations, reporting templates, and measurement frameworks as Hard Rock Bet’s social footprint grows.
