About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Company’s general accounting and event financial operations.
Assist with month-end and quarter-end close processes, account reconciliations, financial analysis, and audit support.
Coordinate with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and external tax advisors.
Support the accounting and reporting activities related to hosted and sponsored events, including budget tracking and vendor expense management.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least one year of relevant accounting experience; CPA designation or active progress toward certification required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Fast learner with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable team player with the ability to work independently.
Working knowledge and application of U.S. GAAP.
Ability to demonstrate LHW’s performance drivers (Accountability, Adaptability, Collaboration, Curiosity, and Empathy)
