About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide practical, commercially minded advice on crypto, blockchain, and related regulatory matters
Advise on issues such as digital asset regulation, securities and commodities laws, money transmission, payments, token-related matters, compliance, commercial agreements, and product counseling
Support clients on a project-by-project basis
Involve supporting financings, corporate transactions, and other legal needs as client matters evolve

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active member of at least one U.S. state bar
Meaningful experience advising crypto, blockchain, fintech, or digital asset companies
Strong regulatory knowledge
Sound business judgment
Ability to work independently with founders and senior executives
