Key responsibilities & impact

Provide expert legal counsel on product development involving stablecoins, payments, blockchain technology, and digital asset services
Advise on complex financial services regulations, BSA/AML/CFT compliance, sanctions, intellectual property, data privacy, and cybersecurity
Support domestic and international licensing, regulatory strategy, and engage with global regulators
Draft and negotiate sophisticated commercial agreements
Support corporate governance and venture financing
Translate evolving regulatory requirements into actionable business guidance
Lead multiple high-stakes legal projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Collaborate cross-functionally and manage outside counsel

Requirements

What you’ll need

JD from a top-tier ABA-accredited law school
Active U.S. bar membership
5-7 years of relevant legal experience in financial services or digital assets
Deep expertise in financial regulation, commercial transactions, and corporate governance
Experience with stablecoin issuance, digital asset custody, or blockchain infrastructure is a plus.
