Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary legal advisor to the People Team on all aspects of employment law
Provide proactive counsel on employment law compliance
Support internal investigations, policy development, and employment documentation
Provide broad legal support across the business, including regulatory investigations and litigation support
Translate complex legal requirements into practical guidance for business stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–10+ years of legal experience
Significant employment law counseling
At least one prior in-house legal role
Law firm background
Experience in high-growth technology companies
Demonstrated fluency with AI tools
