About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead commercial legal support for EMEA customer relationships
Draft and negotiate enterprise SaaS agreements, including MSAs, DPAs, and AI-related terms
Work directly with go-to-market teams to structure deals, balance risk, and enable efficient revenue growth across diverse jurisdictions
Serve as a key advisor on European data protection and privacy frameworks
Oversee elements of the company’s data protection compliance program
Monitor evolving AI and data regulations across the EU and UK and translate requirements into practical guidance
Contribute to building scalable legal infrastructure, including templates, playbooks, and self-service tools

Requirements

Experience in commercial technology transactions
