Key responsibilities & impact

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements across the payments and financial services ecosystem
Act as a strategic advisor to Sales, shaping deal structure and negotiation strategy
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Compliance teams to guide the development and launch of financial products
Contribute to scaling the legal function by developing templates, playbooks, and negotiation frameworks
