About the role
- Support the legal execution of private market transactions across the platform
- Work closely with internal deal teams and external stakeholders to structure and execute secondary equity transactions
- Review and negotiate transaction documentation
- Advise on securities considerations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to bring complex private market transactions to completion
Requirements
- Strong experience in corporate or transactional law
- Background supporting capital markets, venture financings, or private equity transactions
