About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for end-to-end Transportation & Logistics execution, delivering safe, reliable service at the best total cost.
  • Monitor daily transportation execution processes across regional distribution PODs via TMS.
  • Develop and maintain KPI reporting and data analysis for ORDD/CRDD and LWA, translating insights into actionable performance recommendations.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives to drive service, cost, and process optimization.
  • Facilitate communications/coordination between internal customer groups and external carrier contacts to ensure attainment of service level objectives.
  • Identify opportunities across the transportation network & activities to enable service & cost improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 4+ years of Transportation & Logistics experience, ideally in FMCG/CPG/3PL, with increasing scope and ownership
  • Strong knowledge of transportation execution and upstream/downstream dependencies (planning, customer/service impacts, warehouse interfaces)
  • Proficiency in transportation systems and visibility tools (TMS, OTM, SAP, Tracking tools), with the ability to troubleshoot data/process issues across ERP/TMS/WMS flows
  • Demonstrated ability to lead continuous improvement and operational excellence using data (e.g., root cause analysis, KPI tracking, standard work), with clear examples of cost, service, or productivity impact
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills, including influencing business partners and driving alignment across carriers, customer groups, and internal teams.
  • C1 English level
