About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with the customer and build rapport at all levels to fully understand their business and the marketplace, influencing positive business growth
  • Achieve New Item Authorization goals, Distribution goals, and Base Business Objectives such as Revenue and Share Growth, Authorizations, Distribution, and Optimal Shelving
  • Achieve promotional revenue objectives by tactic, price point, Drive Period & Selling Event while implementing Kraft Heinz pricing strategies for owned categories
  • Cross-functional collaboration to manage execution of assigned category objectives and maintaining files and business documentation to detail business transactions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrate proven & tested experience in customer management, account management, and/or retail sales management for a CPG company
  • Own business process and Category management through a complex Sales position where you owned a desk of at least $10MM of business
  • Manage and balance a large trade budget and embody a customer-first mentality to achieve objectives
  • Work autonomously within a CBT framework to plan, organize and set/achieve priorities
  • The role requires polished interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with the ability to negotiate and influence
  • Strong analytical skills are required; must be able to use syndicated and/or ambiguous data to develop comprehensive business plans
