About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

manage nutrition and regulatory compliance activities for commercializing food and beverage products regulated by FDA, USDA, and State agencies
ensure regulatory compliance of Kraft Heinz products, advertising, and promotional materials in accordance with FDA, USDA and State requirements
develop, interpret, and document nutrition and regulatory technical information for ingredients, formulas, and finished products
review and approve label graphics and specifications for regulatory compliance and technical accuracy
provide regulatory and nutrition guidance on cross-functional project teams to support informed business decisions
track, assess and document regulatory requirements, changes, and internal decisions
monitor regulatory and nutrition developments and escalate potential impacts to senior team members
respond to consumer inquiries and support internal corporate requests, escalating complex issues as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

experience in regulatory compliance, nutrition, quality, R&D, or a related area
strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn regulatory frameworks
excellent problem solving, organization, and time management skills
excellent written and oral communication skills
experience with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn about computer software programs for data collection, management, and reporting
ability to handle complexity, multiple projects and work under tight timelines
strong drive for results and ability to bring projects to completion
willingness to travel 5%
