Global HR Intern – P&P
The Kraft Heinz CompanyTalent Acquisition intern managing recruitment processes including onboarding and university events at Kraft Heinz. Supporting DE&I initiatives and engaging in talent acquisition activities.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end the recruitment process: internships postings, screening, interviews coordination, onboarding
- Sustaining DE&I principles in your TA daily activities and reinforcing those principles in conversations with Hiring Managers.
- Supporting the roll-out of L&D plans and other initiatives (i.e. Mentorship programs, Psychological Safety journey, etc.).
- Participating in learning needs analysis and carrying on population analysis to target learning and development initiatives.
- Actively participating in Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master, preferably in the field of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or Management.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Microsoft Office skills are a must.
- Enrolled at a university for the entire internship duration.
- EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship, or you are studying at a university in the Netherlands)
