About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage a team of 3 project managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support
Lead and deliver high complexity projects and oversee the delivery of projects of direct reports
Drive Supply Chain strategy in relation to European packaging regulation (i.e. PPWR)
Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Head of TK, peers, BUs, and senior leadership
Inform and update the Growth LT, Sustainability Transformation LT and key stakeholders on project progress
Be the voice of Supply Chain in all TK & Pack regulation related topics
Identify opportunities to bring in other SC experts to provide additional support and expertise
Align team efforts with the overall TK Pod strategy
Bring together SC, operations and manufacturing stakeholders to facilitate knowledge sharing

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor or Master degree
Minimum 5 years of experience managing teams in supply chain functions
Experienced in both project management and operation experience (factory, logistics or planning)
Strong communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Solid experience managing indirect teams
Strong business acumen
English and preferably 3rd language
Expert in Excel and Powerpoint
