Senior Analyst, Commercialization
The Kraft Heinz CompanySenior Analyst managing end-to-end commercialization processes for Kraft Heinz. Leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful market launches and project objectives are met.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Accountable for KHC’s end-to-end commercialization process, from initial concept to successful market launch and post-launch review.
- Drive stage gate process and decisions on project progress, deviation, mitigation plan, influencing cross functional team in favor of project objectives and delivery expectations.
- Identify, monitor and communicate project risk to executive teams while supporting the development of mitigation strategies.
- Tracking key metrics, reporting progress, and making adjustments as needed to ensure project success.
- Lead cross-functional project team across R&D, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Quality to innovate on execution processes to improve our speed to market timing.
- Strengthen the quality, operational, technical rigor within the KHC commercialization processes leading to improved in-market success.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Project Management.
- +3 years of experience in project management (Innovation Projects, Renovation Projects or similar)
- Knowledge in SAP or a Project Management system.
- Proven track record to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
