About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Portfolio scoping & pre-feasibility (first months; primary focus):
Detailed project feasibility & execution (after scoping is completed):
Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Heads of Pod, peers, BUs, and senior leadership, to gather input, secure buy-in, and drive alignment on project priorities and objectives.
Be the voice of Supply Chain in packaging related topics and ensure all your projects are feasible from an efficient supply chain execution perspective.
Identify opportunities to bring in other SC experts, such as those specializing in demand forecasting, supply management, or engineering, to provide additional support and expertise as needed.
Bring together SC, operations and manufacturing stakeholders to facilitate knowledge sharing, collaboration, and support for implementing best practices and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
Support in training the organization in project management by sharing knowledge with (junior) team members and colleagues outside the function.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.
Bachelor or Master degree;
5+ years of experience in FMCG, preferably in Supply Chain
Analytical and strong logical reasoning skills
Strong communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong business acumen
Experience in managing a team
English and preferably 3rd language
Expert in Excel and Powerpoint
