About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end-to-end relationship with external Retail Media agency including scope, ways-of-working, & accountability
  • Create routines with Retail Media agency to account for excellence in Budget Management tied to overarching performance
  • Ensure alignment of priorities, timelines, project delivery, & performance expectations with Retail Media agency
  • Define & implement a standardized Retail Media operation model across internal Kraft Heinz teams to improve cross-functional collaboration (i.e. Marketing, Sales, eCommerce, Finance)
  • Build scalable processes across budgeting, reporting, billing, campaign workflows, and measurement to reduce fragmentation and increase speed to market
  • Partner with BUs & eCommerce to translate business priorities into Retail Media strategies
  • Aggregate complex media strategy and performance into clear, actionable insights tailored for different audiences, including senior leadership
  • Provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders on retail media performance, capabilities, learnings, and future opportunities
  • Help shape the long-term retail media capability roadmap (tools/tech, talent, processes, measurement, and partnerships)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in Retail Media, Commerce/eCommerce, Shopper Marketing, and/or Digital Media
  • Direct experience managing media agencies or retail media partners, including scope setting, KPI definition, and performance management
  • Extensive media operations understanding (budgeting, reporting, billing, governance)
  • Proven ability to align multiple stakeholders with competing priorities through influence and structured ways of working
  • Ability to identify & implement new ways-of-working to inform broader structure and processes
  • Strategic Thinking & Executional balance to connect media to business goals (sales, share, growth)
  • Experience working with Retail Media Networks (e.g. Walmart Connect, Amazon Advertising, Kroger Precision Marketing, etc.)
  • Media strategy / buying experience in retail or digital media specifically preferred
