About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Continuous Improvement across KHC and Dollar General Supply Chains
Analytics and technical support to leverage latest technologies (Excel, Power BI, SAP, PowerPoint) to develop solutions to streamline work across the organization
Work alongside their Manager to develop routines/rituals, reports, etc. to maximize results that include (fill rates, in stocks, cost reduction, forecast improvement, on time and case fill etc.)
Support best practices and accountability across the customer and sales teams that will include daily, weekly and monthly direct connectivity w/ KHC’s supply chain performance and execution team.
“Go to” person for data, analytics and process requests with your core team
Training and mastery of customer ordering system to maximize fill rate, instocks, and on-time KPIs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prefer bachelor’s degree in operations or supply chain management or related field
2-5 years of experience in areas such as production scheduling, inventory management, forecasting or supply/operations planning
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
Strong work ethic
Ability to learn on the fly
Strong communication (oral, written, presentation)
Ability to solve problems
Desire to be technical using analytic tools
