About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary HR partner to Global Finance Executives
- Drive organizational effectiveness, succession and key role planning, and culture transformation
- Develop and implement Global HR strategies aligned with Kraft Heinz’s financial and long-term growth goals
- Identify and develop the next generation of finance leaders
- Partner with Finance Executives to identify necessary capabilities for achieving global priorities
- Oversee executive-level recruitment
- Champion the Kraft Heinz culture of Ownership and Meritocracy
- Drive a high-performance culture through development discussions and feedback loops
- Leverage HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, turnover, and engagement
- Serve as the primary point-of-contact for executive employee concerns
- Lead change management for global transformations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience
- Proven track record in Talent Management, Change Management, and Org Design
- Experience supporting a Finance function or working within a global matrixed environment is highly preferred
- Strong business acumen and ability to 'speak the language' of Finance
- Broad generalist HR skills with experience assessing and designing complex organizational structures
- Ability to engage, inspire, and coach leaders at the highest levels of the organization
- Future-focused mindset leveraging an 'outside-in' perspective
