Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the primary HR partner to Global Finance Executives
Drive organizational effectiveness, succession and key role planning, and culture transformation
Develop and implement Global HR strategies aligned with Kraft Heinz’s financial and long-term growth goals
Identify and develop the next generation of finance leaders
Partner with Finance Executives to identify necessary capabilities for achieving global priorities
Oversee executive-level recruitment
Champion the Kraft Heinz culture of Ownership and Meritocracy
Drive a high-performance culture through development discussions and feedback loops
Leverage HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, turnover, and engagement
Serve as the primary point-of-contact for executive employee concerns
Lead change management for global transformations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years of HR experience
Proven track record in Talent Management, Change Management, and Org Design
Experience supporting a Finance function or working within a global matrixed environment is highly preferred
Strong business acumen and ability to 'speak the language' of Finance
Broad generalist HR skills with experience assessing and designing complex organizational structures
Ability to engage, inspire, and coach leaders at the highest levels of the organization
Future-focused mindset leveraging an 'outside-in' perspective
