About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary HR partner to Global Finance Executives
  • Drive organizational effectiveness, succession and key role planning, and culture transformation
  • Develop and implement Global HR strategies aligned with Kraft Heinz’s financial and long-term growth goals
  • Identify and develop the next generation of finance leaders
  • Partner with Finance Executives to identify necessary capabilities for achieving global priorities
  • Oversee executive-level recruitment
  • Champion the Kraft Heinz culture of Ownership and Meritocracy
  • Drive a high-performance culture through development discussions and feedback loops
  • Leverage HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends, turnover, and engagement
  • Serve as the primary point-of-contact for executive employee concerns
  • Lead change management for global transformations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience
  • Proven track record in Talent Management, Change Management, and Org Design
  • Experience supporting a Finance function or working within a global matrixed environment is highly preferred
  • Strong business acumen and ability to 'speak the language' of Finance
  • Broad generalist HR skills with experience assessing and designing complex organizational structures
  • Ability to engage, inspire, and coach leaders at the highest levels of the organization
  • Future-focused mindset leveraging an 'outside-in' perspective
