HR Intern

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Attracting and selecting candidates for our Young Talent Program and junior positions
- Reporting and supporting HR Manager in recruitment processes, employer branding initiatives and special TA projects
- Sustaining our DE&I principles in your HR daily activities
- Supporting the roll-out of ad hoc projects and other HR initiatives within L&D such as Trainings, Workshops, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master, preferably in the field of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or Management
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Microsoft Office skills are a must
- Enrolled at a university for the entire internship duration
- EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship, or you are studying at a university in the Netherlands)
