About the role

  • Responsible for achieving and sustaining high levels of service performance, including On-Time delivery (ORDD), Case Fill Rate (CFR), and Distribution Forecast Accuracy
  • Monitor and analyze service metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Own end-to-end CPFR, leading forecast collaboration, order reconciliation, and joint business planning (JBP) execution for assigned categories
  • Coordinate weekly CPFR/exception reviews, reconcile customer forecasts vs. company plans, and drive agreed corrective actions to closure
  • Monitor and action forecast alerts, investigating and resolving variances outside ±15% of M-1 and M-2 forecasts within defined SLA
  • Partner with sales, demand planning, and the customer to update plans and orders
  • Drive measurable forecast improvements, aiming for a +2-5% Forecast Accuracy (F/A) lift vs. baseline by 2026
  • Accountable for On-Time delivery (ORDD) and Case Fill Rate targets, investigating service drivers and implementing corrective actions
  • Manage distributor/customer performance reviews and scorecards, identifying areas for improvement
  • Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean/Six Sigma methods to reduce supply loss and stockouts
  • Document processes and procedures, enabling knowledge transfer and coaching junior analysts to scale CPFR capability

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, with a focus on CPFR, forecasting, and service management
  • Proven track record of driving service excellence and improving forecast accuracy
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Experience with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies and tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiar with data analysis and visualization tools
