About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and manage demand forecasting models for annual planning and ongoing re-forecasting cycles for eCommerce businesses
  • Initiate planning and forecasting for strategic partners and core business performance across channels
  • Prepare weekly business reviews and MBRs, presenting performance analysis, scenarios, and recommendations to leadership
  • Analyze business performance drivers and forecast variances, providing root-cause analysis
  • Lead recurring performance reporting and ad hoc analyses
  • Model and measure promotional strategy, including depth, timing, targeting, lift, cannibalization, and margin impact
  • Build a reusable framework for evaluating future promotional scenarios
  • Own competitive and market intelligence and feed insights into promotional and product strategy
  • Serve as the source of truth for business definitions and metrics across Registry, WWS, and Paper
  • Partner on cross-functional analytics initiatives and predictive models supporting revenue optimization
  • Support market sizing, competitive analysis, and investment ROI modeling

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–6 years of experience in Business Analytics, Strategic Planning, or Quantitative Finance
  • Expertise in forecasting methodologies and statistical analysis, including time-series, regression, and causal modeling
  • Proficiency in retail math and understanding of business performance drivers
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Comfort navigating ambiguous datasets and building scalable analytical frameworks
  • Strong track record of influencing business strategy through data-driven insights
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed execution
  • Ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders on performance and action
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset focused on impact and execution
  • Ability to use AI to build dashboards and connective storytelling models (preferred)
