About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build meaningful connections and nurture relationships with delivery partners and volunteers
  • Ensure that young people have an exceptional experience in programme delivery
  • Manage a group of delivery partners and volunteers
  • Provide access to training, resources, qualifications, and guidance
  • Ensure compliance with necessary policies
  • Tackle any minor concerns or issues that arise
  • Record information and data on young people, volunteers, or partners accurately

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong communicator with sharp problem-solving skills
  • Creativity to facilitate best practice sharing and energise networking sessions
  • Background in education or an understanding of the education system could be an advantage
  • Leadership experience with the ability to lead sessions with young people
  • Experience with managing volunteers and partnerships
  • Knowledge and championing of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
  • Capable of accurately documenting information and data
