About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build meaningful connections and nurture relationships with delivery partners and volunteers.
Ensure exceptional experience for young people and positive outcomes.
Travel in and around London, particularly Norfolk and Suffolk.
Assist and support delivery partners and volunteers in bringing programmes to life.
Maintain strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
Ensure compliance with policies and accurate recording of information and data.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Creativity to facilitate best practice sharing, energise networking sessions, and throw sensational end-of-programme parties.
Strong communicator with sharp problem-solving skills.
Background in education or understanding of the education system could be an advantage.
