Key responsibilities & impact

Build meaningful connections with external delivery partners and volunteers.
Welcome, train, and manage a group of delivery partners and volunteers.
Assist and support delivery partners and volunteers in bringing programmes to life.
Ensure compliance with necessary policies and quality standards.
Meticulously record information and data on young people, volunteers, or partners.
Champion Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have the creativity to facilitate best practice sharing.
Must be able to energise networking sessions.
Must be prepared to lead sessions with young people when necessary.
A background in education or an understanding of the education system could be an advantage.
Strong communicator with sharp problem-solving skills.
