Analyst

• Own the operational systems behind The Just Trust's grant making
• Manage outgoing grantee payments and track incoming restricted grants
• Maintain the data infrastructure that powers Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) work
• Help build and strengthen the organization’s long-term measurement and learning infrastructure
• Ensure grant making strategy and program outcomes are translated into actionable insights
• Play a critical role in developing systems, reporting practices, and analytical capacity
• Work at the cutting edge of AI integration in grant making
• Manage GivingData as the primary system of record for grantee relationships
• Own the process that moves a grant from approval to payment
• Collect grantee progress and final reporting data on a rolling basis
• Prepare clean, usable datasets for quarterly strategy reviews, donor materials, and board reporting
• Support qualitative research efforts including survey and interview design
• Maintain the org-wide indicator tracker and flag data gaps
• Support the integration of AI-assisted MEL tools in 2026
