Controller

• Analyze business performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Together with the Business Controller, prepare monthly management reports and KPI dashboards for the Executive Team and shareholder Aware Super.
• Lead the annual budget cycle and ongoing reforecasting for both operating hotels and development projects.
• Oversee the financial monitoring and reporting of three active hotel construction projects.
• Act as strategic sparring partner to the CFO, COO, Commercial Team, Operations Leadership, and Executive Team.
• Strengthen commercial performance management through scenario planning, investment cases, and ROI analysis.
• Support pre-opening teams with financial guidance, staffing and cost planning, and operating model development.
• Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives such as reporting digitalisation, BI implementation, and optimisation of the group planning cycle
• Promote strong data governance by ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting, BI tools, and financial processes
