About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive the full-cycle sales process to secure new partnership agreements with school districts
  • Lead the expansion and execution for the new staffing service line
  • Establish and nurture direct lines of communication with SPED Directors and District Business Officers
  • Monitor pricing trends in school services and adapt sales approach
  • Maintain a rigorous, data-driven sales funnel
  • Lead response strategy for large-scale district RFPs
  • Represent Intercare at key industry conferences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of Business Development or Sales experience within the K-12 or Behavioral Health sectors
  • Proven track record of selling services into school districts or in Healthcare Staffing
  • Demonstrated experience standing up a sales model or service line
  • Deep, existing relationships with School District leaders
  • Deep understanding of school district funding, IEP requirements
  • Ability to sell a services model and a staffing/placement model depending on client needs
  • Expert-level negotiation and presentation skills
