Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute the firm’s technology strategy, infrastructure, and innovation roadmap.
Align technology investments with the firm’s business goals.
Lead the IT organization, including business analytics, driving digital transformation, cloud evolution, and AI adoption.
Ensure robust cybersecurity practices and lead initiatives in data privacy and AI governance.
Oversee infrastructure management and vendor relationships.
Mentor a high-performing IT team and foster a client-service-oriented IT culture.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with significant experience in a law firm or professional services setting preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred expertise in industry-standard legal software applications (e.g., Document Management Systems, Practice Management, AI tools).
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at the partnership level.
Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into actionable technology roadmaps.
