About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute the firm’s technology strategy, infrastructure, and innovation roadmap.
  • Align technology investments with the firm’s business goals.
  • Lead the IT organization, including business analytics, driving digital transformation, cloud evolution, and AI adoption.
  • Ensure robust cybersecurity practices and lead initiatives in data privacy and AI governance.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, with significant experience in a law firm or professional services setting preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Preferred expertise in industry-standard legal software applications (e.g., Document Management Systems, Practice Management, AI tools).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at the partnership level.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into actionable technology roadmaps.
