Attorney Support Manager – Plaintiff Department

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise the performance, productivity, and operational effectiveness of Medical Records and Investigations departments
- Ensure departments meet established service-level expectations and document acquisition timelines
- Oversee acquisition of medical records, FOIA materials, insurance info, and other key evidentiary documentation
- Actively diagnose workflow issues, implement corrective actions, and prevent recurring breakdowns
- Conduct regular weekly check-ins and bi-weekly one-on-one meetings with team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- Legal support experience required
- Demonstrated team leadership experience
- Experience with medical records retrieval processes preferred
- Experience with investigation processes in civil litigation matters preferred
- Familiarity with plaintiff-side case support workflows strongly preferred
- Experience coordinating with vendors, medical providers, insurance companies, or outside agencies preferred
