About the role

  • Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., attorneys, operations leadership, reporting functions) across the organization to identify and prioritize enhancements and configurations needed within the Litify platform.
  • Ensure integrations between Litify and other platforms are operating successfully.
  • Remain current with newly released functionality and updates to implement enhanced system performance and user experience.
  • Manage user accounts, including adding new users, updating permission sets, and assigning profiles to ensure appropriate access levels.
  • Ensure user accounts are closed promptly when access is no longer needed, and regularly audit user lists for accuracy.
  • Execute updates within the Litify platform, such as creating/editing fields, picklists, and list views to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Create and modify matter plans, tasks, teams, and page layouts to align with organizational processes and workflows.
  • Advise Operations and other teams on the development and refinement of Reports and Dashboards to provide actionable insights and relevant information to users.
  • May provide training on the development of Reports and Dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot user issues related to the Litify platform and coordinate the submission of support requests with Litify Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Support.
  • Directly provides Onboarding Support to new hires or newly promoted roles to support productivity and a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Outstanding peer-to-peer collaboration and partnership; act with a sense of urgency and flexibility to support internal customers and their client facing needs.
  • Provide general Litify support to users, including troubleshooting software and configuration issues.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure the overall stability and security of the organization's technology stack.
  • Proactively set up processes and procedures to manage and protect client and business data, with a focus on Litify-related security management.
  • Consistently seek out industry best practices and emerging trends in Litify administration, IT management, and data security.

Requirements

  • Three years experience as a System Administrator, with a focus on Litify or Salesforce administration.
  • Strong understanding of Litify or Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, and customization capabilities.
  • Experience in managing user accounts, permission sets, and profiles within Litify or Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in creating and customizing Reports and Dashboards in Litify or Salesforce.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
  • Experience with RMM and ticketing platforms (IE Kaseya, Solarwinds, ZenDesk).
  • Familiarity with data security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to advise other teams and users on targeted Litify training as well as advising on building of Reports and Dashboards.
