About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison to the Board of Trustees
- Plan and manage logistics for Board and Committee meetings
- Develop and produce Board materials
- Support Board Committees by drafting agendas and preparing materials
- Collaborate with General Counsel on governance activities
- Support Trustee recruitment, onboarding, and performance assessment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-7 years of relevant experience supporting boards or senior governance bodies
- Experience in nonprofit, academic, scientific, or healthcare environment preferred
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior leaders and Trustees
- Proficiency with digital tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Board portals, virtual meeting platforms)
