About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Interface between marketing business teams and Information Services
- Translate needs and requirements related to business processes
- Support business customers in their use of marketing technologies
- Cultivate relationships with business customers and engage IS team members
- Document business and functional requirements
- Define solution options for business process or system problems
- Scope and manage execution of projects
- Assist with change management or training deliverables
- Provide rotational troubleshooting for software issues

Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of proven experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with 3rd party software vendors
- Knowledge of technical systems from a business need standpoint
- Experience as a project participant or leading project management activities
- Creation of deliverables such as business cases and business requirement documents, functional designs, and test plans
- Self-directed and proactive with the ability to prioritize and execute work independently
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Customer service mindset while maintaining healthy work/life balance
