Key responsibilities & impact

Interface between marketing business teams and Information Services
Translate needs and requirements related to business processes
Support business customers in their use of marketing technologies
Cultivate relationships with business customers and engage IS team members
Document business and functional requirements
Define solution options for business process or system problems
Scope and manage execution of projects
Assist with change management or training deliverables
Provide rotational troubleshooting for software issues
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support business processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of proven experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with 3rd party software vendors
Knowledge of technical systems from a business need standpoint
Experience as a project participant or leading project management activities
Creation of deliverables such as business cases and business requirement documents, functional designs, and test plans
Self-directed and proactive with the ability to prioritize and execute work independently
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Customer service mindset while maintaining healthy work/life balance
