Supply Chain

• Design, build and support data interfaces and other technical functions that power Customer Logistics applications (Order Management and Accounts Receivable)
• Deliver programming solutions as an individual contributor, factoring supportability and balancing cost versus benefit
• Lead technical activities for smaller projects and provide input to work plans and estimates
• Author technical specifications and may own full solution design for smaller projects
• Follow documented standards for development, code promotion, and change management
• Instruct junior resources as appropriate
• Own design, construction and execution of technical solution testing including unit, integration and performance tests
• Independently troubleshoot and resolve defects and participate in mock cutover exercises
• Provide troubleshooting and fixes for complex issues, drive root cause analysis and prioritization
• Follow defined support paths and incident management processes to meet SLAs and develop SOPs/knowledge base for technical support plans
• Execute activities to support ongoing maintenance and periodic releases of software
• Contribute to standardized code solutions, automation opportunities and learn/apply modern cloud-based IT concepts
