About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • lead, deliver and leverage analytics to unlock strategic pricing value
  • create and execute advanced pricing analytics and models
  • build and develop cross functional relationships
  • create hypotheses that will enable revenue growth over a 3-5 year horizon
  • lead portions of cross functional workshops to share hypotheses and opportunities
  • lead the creation of execution plans and selling stories
  • collaborate with RGM team leadership team to strategically influence across the organization
  • lead the development and implementation of advanced analytical tools
  • identify key areas of opportunity for stakeholder management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of Finance, Sales, Insights or Marketing experience
  • Strong technical skills in Excel, Power Point, Spotfire, IRI or AC Nielsen (POS and Panel)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management and constructively challenge process and requests
  • Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Capability to lead strategic reviews and gain cross-functional team input and alignment
  • Strong computer and analytic skills
  • Strategic influencing skills
