• Advise leaders on complex employee matters
• Oversee investigations and support union negotiations
• Drive initiatives that strengthen engagement and compliance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for operations leaders, HR professionals, and employees on employee relations matters
• Collaborate with regional/site HR managers, Compliance, Legal, and Corporate Employee Relations teams
• Finalize outcomes of investigations and implement corrective action
• Develop and deliver appropriate employee education and training applicable to ER philosophies
• Address performance-related concerns with site leaders
• Analyze employee relations issues to identify trends and inform action steps
• Interpret and administer existing labor contracts
• Serve as the main point of contact for escalated grievances and arbitration preparation
• Provide guidance during contract negotiations and prepare training for employee relations
• Support during company mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and site closures
