About the role
- Responsible for volume, distribution, profitability of Away from Home products and building customer relationships in territory
- Focus on key operators in Non-Commercial channel and Foodservice distributors
- Meet and exceed profit objectives, volume quotas, and equipment & service targets
- Establish relationships within distribution and non-commercial channel at unit and headquarter level
- Train and cooperate with distributor sales organizations
- Use national/regional/local programs, marketing promotions and distributors to maximize sales
- Develop basic business plans and lead territory execution
- Identify operators and manage active pipeline
- Manage and maximize beverage equipment placements and product throughput
- Work cross functionally to deliver results
- Execute plans to achieve sales volume and operating profit objectives while controlling costs
- Identify and challenge status quo for profitable growth
- Navigate multiple technology and systems/tools to manage pipeline and assets
- Responsible for profitable qualified asset placements (beverage equipment)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years of B2B or B2C food sales experience
- Be able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis
- Must be able to travel when necessary (averages 4 overnights per month)
- Reside in Northern California within 60 miles of the San Jose, Fresno, Stockton, or Modesto metro areas
- Have a clean driving record
