Requirements

What you’ll need

TAE40110 equivalent or above
Qualifications in Business, Education or Management
Other relevant VET qualifications
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of ASQA, SRTOs, ESOS Act & National Code
Ability to perform in a diverse work environment
Awareness of the needs and challenges of the international student community
Networking and relationship building skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
High level of emotional intelligence
Exceptional project management, organisational and administrative skills
Problem solving skills and a curious mind
Demonstrated ability to critically analyse issues and develop effective strategies
Knowledge of training and facilitation skills and techniques
Technology skills in Microsoft 365 programs, Moodle (LMS), Odyssey, SharePoint
