About the role
- Design, implement and manage total rewards programs including compensation structures and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Oversee the administration of benefits programs including 403(b), FMLA, and leave programs.
- Provide strategic leadership over HRIS functionality and employee lifecycle operations.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team.
Requirements
- 8 years direct experience leading total rewards and relevant bachelor's degree, or 10 years of relevant experience without a degree.
- 4 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Experience using and optimizing HRIS systems and HR technology platforms.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and FMLA.
- Certification such as PHR, SPHR, CEBS is preferred.
