About the role

  • Design, implement and manage total rewards programs including compensation structures and benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Oversee the administration of benefits programs including 403(b), FMLA, and leave programs.
  • Provide strategic leadership over HRIS functionality and employee lifecycle operations.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • 8 years direct experience leading total rewards and relevant bachelor's degree, or 10 years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • 4 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Experience using and optimizing HRIS systems and HR technology platforms.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, and FMLA.
  • Certification such as PHR, SPHR, CEBS is preferred.
