About the role
- Lead the strategic development and execution of Tides’ marketing actions
- Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling to amplify narrative change
- Partner closely with teams to drive funding and develop new assets
- Spearhead the collection and dissemination of stories highlighting Tides’ impact
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and analytics frameworks to measure impact
- Design and optimize multi-channel acquisition strategies targeting various partners
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in writing and leading marketing for fundraising and growth campaigns
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams and managing external creative and media agencies
- Strong strategic planning and budget management skills; experience managing seven-figure marketing budgets preferred
- Hands-on understanding of digital marketing, acquisition funnels, paid media, and brand storytelling
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
