About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, workshops, webinars, and team-building events
  • Support daily office operations, including office supplies management and visitor reception
  • Help foster office culture and support internal communications
  • Coordinate with local IT service providers for basic tech support
  • Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current undergraduate or graduate student in any discipline
  • Majors in business administration, public relations, international development, sustainability, or related fields are a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Ability to communicate in both Chinese and English
  • Availability of at least 3 working days per week for a minimum of 6 months
  • Resume/CV in both English and Chinese
  • Short cover letter in both English and Chinese, outlining motivation, availability, and weekly working days
