Key responsibilities & impact

Own digital measurement and insight generation
Turn messy data into clear answers
Challenge teams when metrics don't make sense
Design and scale tracking infrastructure
Lead GTM implementations with rigorous QA and governance
Build tracking frameworks (GA4, GTM, event schemas)
Automate recurring analyses for faster insights
Work with Performance Marketing to optimize acquisition spending, attribution models, and channel mix
Identify where campaigns are bleeding money and where we're leaving growth on the table
Support A/B testing and CRO
Coordinate with SEO and Product teams to measure what matters
Own data governance, QA, and debugging

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-6 years in Digital Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or Performance Marketing environment
Deep hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, SQL, and BI tools (Qlik Sense, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar)
Understanding of attribution models, customer journeys, funnels, conversion optimization
Knowledge of digital acquisition (Google Ads, Paid Social, SEO, campaign performance mechanics)
Fluency in English (written & spoken)
Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive work, and improve productivity
