About the role

  • Design, build and deploy robust RPA workflows primarily using Microsoft Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud)
  • Translate business requirements into scalable automated solutions
  • Ensure adherence to RPA best practices, security standards and design conventions
  • Maintain detailed solution documentation and technical specifications
  • Coordinate and mentor a team of RPA Developers, including task distribution, code reviews, and technical guidance
  • Ensure that development timelines, quality standards, and operational KPIs are met
  • Provide training, coaching and continuous support to junior team members
  • Work with department leads to identify automation opportunities and optimize existing processes
  • Lead root-cause analysis and drive permanent fixes for production issues
  • Manage change requests as part of a structured change control process
  • Monitor execution of automations and ensure smooth day-to-day operation

Requirements

  • Degree from a higher education institution in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, or other related field)
  • Proven experience in Microsoft Power Automate (Power Automate Desktop, Cloud Flows)
  • Solid understanding of RPA concepts, solution design and process mapping
  • Experience in leading small technical teams or mentoring junior developers
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with APIs, integrations and data manipulation
  • Team-oriented mindset, with strong organization and prioritization abilities
  • Passion for automation, RPA and AI-driven technologies
  • Experience with additional RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.) is desirable
  • Knowledge of Web Programming, SQL or scripting languages is desirable
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines or version control (e.g., Git) is desirable
