Commercial Finance Manager
The INKEY List | B CorpCommercial Financial Manager at INKEY driving performance by analyzing data and collaborating with teams. Role includes managing P&L and supporting strategic planning within the finance division.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with cross-functional teams to co-pilot the planning cycle.
- Support all customer P&L builds month to month and subsequent analysis.
- Conduct all ROI analysis of promotions (pre and post evaluations).
- Own all pricing and price updates.
- Support Supply & Operations team through product costs and cost-saving initiatives, both actual and forecast.
- Input into monthly management reporting packs as required.
- Contribute to annual strategic planning tasks, helping to shape brand, portfolio, and commercial priorities in the years to come.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Qualified or near-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a minimum of c.3 years of experience in commercial finance roles, preferably in FMCG / consumer goods.
- Demonstrable experience partnering with commercial teams to drive profitable growth.
- Exceptional analytical and modelling skills; experienced with financial planning systems (e.g. Power BI).
- Demonstratable affinity with emerging AI tools / automation is a big plus.
- Organised and a self-starter by nature, given no two days will be the same.
- A fast worker, but equally capable of prioritising tasks.
