About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for the entire Operations department
- Develop and execute a comprehensive vision for People, Finance, IT, and Administration
- Establish and promote high standards for team dynamics and collaboration
- Lead and facilitate organizational change and crisis management initiatives
- Coach and inspire a team of senior leaders across various departments
- Foster seamless collaboration across the entire Operations department
- Provide strategic support on complex People and operational matters
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive progressive experience in values-driven operations roles
- Proven track record of people management experience
- Significant experience at an organization with a globally distributed workforce
- Proven ability to inspire staff and cultivate a culture of inclusion and accountability
- Advanced strategic thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with empathy
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience overseeing high-level data analysis efforts
- Proven track record of leadership experience overseeing HR/People functions
- Demonstrated experience of managing and overseeing finance functions
