Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant progressive, senior-level HR experience
Expert experience working within both US and non-US employment laws
Successful track record setting the direction for a functional area and broad enterprise-focused priorities in mission-driven organizations

Ability to engage in honest conversations promoting personal and professional growth
Experience in developing and implementing effective systems, policies, and procedures
Collaboration with Senior Leadership Team on organizational needs and talent management strategies
