About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Evaluate MET operational processes and quickly identify and address issues
Influence operational performance through in-aisle gap analysis
Remain current and well versed on MET SOPs and strategic initiatives
Develop MEAs, Supervisors, MEMs and DEMs through teaching, coaching and training on operational processes
Conduct detailed, multi-day training visits to outlier stores to increase store performance
Plan and organize weekly and monthly RQM routines
Follow up on store walks and game plan progress
Cover 1–2 regions and visit other stores to engage with associates and identify best practices
Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be eighteen years of age or older
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
High school diploma and/or GED
Minimum 3 years of work experience
Ability to evaluate MET operational processes and identify issues
Knowledge of MET SOPs and strategic initiatives
Ability to teach, coach, and train on operational processes
Ability to communicate clearly across all levels of the organization
Typically requires overnight travel more than 50% of the time
Ability to sit or stand in the same location, stoop regularly, and move/lift light material or equipment typically less than 8 pounds
Ability to work in conditions involving temperature extremes, moving machinery, loud noise, and fumes
