About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments
  • Take accurate in-home measurements, perform calculations, review and present quotes
  • Create, maintain, and improve customer relationships while interacting with customers daily
  • Support sales, product inquiries, and installation coordination
  • Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain project steps
  • Demonstrate product and services knowledge to answer customer questions
  • Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs
  • Cooperate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers on assigned activities
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and work schedule
  • Travel between appointments, locations, and company sites within a predefined geographic area
  • Report to the Assistant Market Manager and pursue customer service, measure accuracy, timeliness, and sales productivity goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Reliable transportation
  • High school diploma and/or GED
  • 1+ years of previous related work experience
  • Must continuously stand or walk and regularly lift, handle, or carry moderate-weight material or equipment weighing 8–20 pounds
  • Travel between locations required
  • No previous leadership experience required
  • Certifications: None
