About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measure appointments efficiently and accurately
  • Create, maintain, and improve customer relationships during daily customer interactions
  • Support sales, product inquiries, in-home measurements, and installation coordination
  • Provide accurate measurements, calculations, quote review, and presentation
  • Ask open-ended questions and listen to customers' project and product needs
  • Describe merchandise features and benefits and explain project completion steps
  • Answer customer questions using product and services knowledge
  • Identify opportunities to engage customers in other services programs
  • Cooperate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers on assigned work
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and work schedules
  • Travel between locations within a predefined geographical area
  • Report to the Assistant Market Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
  • Reliable transportation
  • High school diploma and/or GED
  • 1+ years of previous related work experience
  • No previous leadership experience required
  • Ability to continuously stand or walk
  • Ability to regularly lift, handle, or carry material or equipment weighing 8–20 pounds
  • Customer service, product knowledge, measurement, calculation, quote review, and presentation skills
