Track and drive remediation of cybersecurity risks and critical exposures
Monitor and drive compliance across cloud-platform and application-security controls
Manage cybersecurity initiatives for an assigned portfolio
Host quarterly capability reviews with product teams
Communicate cybersecurity dependencies to stakeholders
Deliver accurate, timely reports for VP and Director levels
Host regular partner office hours
Support ad hoc security initiatives
Synthesize data, structure issues, and perform analysis to develop solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify trends and resolve issues
Drive execution to ensure initiative and project goals are met
Implement solutions that meet customer expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, IT risk, or IT compliance within a retail or enterprise environment
Strong track record driving security initiatives and managing vulnerability lifecycles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build strong partnerships with technical portfolios
Ability to translate security metrics into clear, professional reports for management and stakeholders
Must be eighteen years of age or older
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a related field, or equivalent qualifying knowledge, skills, and abilities
