About the role
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software for warehouse management
- Lead a team of engineers in building and supporting production applications
- Guide decisions around product/tool selection, security, and performance tuning
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to reusable foundational code
- Collaborate with product teams to ensure user stories are clear and testable
Requirements
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience
- Deep understanding of warehousing and logistics
- Experience developing execution, dashboard, and reporting systems
- Front-end and back-end technologies including React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, Node.js
- NoSQL or relational database technology
- Experience with security frameworks
- Unit, functional, destructive, and performance tests experience
- Modern debugging and root cause analysis techniques
- Version control system experience
- Proficiency with BigTable, Cassandra, HBase, and BigQuery
- Hands-on experience with AI copilots or autonomous task agents
